Oneness – Voice without form


From his early childhood in Calcutta to his epic speech at the Parliament of the World’s Religions in Chicago in 1893, Oneness – Voice without form tells the extraordinary story of the humble Bengali boy whose search for enlightenment changed the world as he became known as Vivekananda. whose Written in commemoration of Swami Vivekananda’s 150th Birth Anniversary,


Oneness – Voice without form is a unique artistic production, bringing together artistes from Australia and India, working with several theatre and music styles from different time periods and geographies, leading to a harmonized contemporary offering. The play is written and directed by Alex Broun. The music was composed by Dr Kim Cunio from Australia. A production of Vedanta Organisations of Australia and first performed in 2013 by Vedanta Centre of NSW and premiered at the Sydney Opera House and BMEC in Brisbane. Directed by Felicity Nicol and the author.
